Hey sis hey! Happy March! How are you?
No matter how February felt—whether it stretched you, humbled you, tested you, or grew you—we made it. And that alone is a testimony. As we step into this new month, I pray we enter it with softened hearts, renewed discipline, and deeper trust in God. May this be a month where we are rooted, not reactive; focused, not fearful; obedient, not overwhelmed.
Let this month be intentional, watered, and clarifying. Let’s walk into this month surrendered, expectant, and disciplined in Christ. I am so excited to introduce our new WWOF series: “Rooted.”
This series is about becoming deeply planted in Christ—not just emotionally inspired, not just temporarily motivated, but spiritually grounded.

To be rooted means:
  • Stable when life feels unstable
  • Faithful when feelings fluctuate
  • Disciplined when distractions arise
  • Anchored in truth instead of anxiety

We are not building shallow faith this season—we are building depth. In this series, we will learn what it truly means to be rooted so that no storm, relationship, setback, or hardship can uproot us.
Being rooted isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being planted.
I want to highlight perfection because sometimes we expect perfection from ourselves simply because we serve a perfect and blameless Father—but that’s not the case. If we were perfect, there would be no need for Him to be our God.

When you get the chance, take time to look at a picture of roots. You will notice that the display of roots doesn’t necessarily look perfect. There’s dirt and debris everywhere. Some roots may not be uniform, some may look longer than others, but the root is still covered.
So let this serve as hope and encouragement: being rooted does not mean you will appear perfect. There will still be dirt—“uncomfortable” situations or experiences—in your environment. Things may look a little chaotic, but you are still covered.

Jeremiah 17:8“They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
